Utah and Lafayette shows were wonderful combinations of music and good cheer, leading me on to the shows in FL and NC. I have a formal showcase at SERFA, a regional folk music conference in Asheville NC. I'll also be giving a guitar workshop on the playing of Etta Baker, Maybelle Carter and Lesley Riddle. What a treat to indulge in and share some sounds from sheroes of mine. Then I'm off to the John Campbell Folk School which is just plain lovely.

I'll be back in Portlamd near the end of May and will be participating in a few cool shows then. Also, the Muddy Rudder is having a 10 year anniversary celebration early June and you'll find me there. Terry and I will have a night and I'll have another night with several guests.
