2 Portland Concerts, double bill with Terry Robb, new series at McMennamin's Grand Lodge, Forest Grove, other venues west of the city.

Hello folks,
I've been doing fewer shows lately because we moved our permanent residence out of the city to Tillamook County. Things are finally settling down, so you'll be able to find me more regularly for shows, lessons, and out on the road.
There is a nice variety of shows coming up in Oregon, and then I leave town for much of May. Here are highlights, and, of course, see the calendar below for details of each show. There are 2 concert sets for those of you who have been asking for a focused listening show, and a few less focused shows as well - a little something for everyone.
On SAT April 13, I'll be doing a solo set in Miz Kitty's review and promised to play some obscure and wonderfully weird folk music. It's the last show in her 17th season of curating and producing first rate variety shows in Portland. The shows are always charming and I think you'll enjoy yourselves. https://www.etix.com/ticket/p/5939763/miz-kittys-parlour17-older-portland-mcmenamins-mission-theater
Then, on SAT APRIL 20, I'll be doing a double bill CONCERT with master finger picking guitarist, Terry Robb,
https://www.terryrobb.com/videos I'm particularly excited because it's always such a joy to do a show with Terry and it's at STRUM, https://strumpdx.com/our-story/. Strum is a friendly, hang out kind of guitar store in SE Portland that sells beer and other refreshments to enhance the visit and guitar exploration, PLUS it has a stage and becomes a listening room for early shows.
I am starting a regular monthly show at McMennamin's Grand Lodge, out in FOREST GROVE. And I'll be a bit further west, in lovely GALES CREEK, you can hear me playing at
OutAZABlue, http://www.outazablue.com first Sunday afternoons at chef Gabriel's fantastic wine pairing dinners.
Of course, THE MUDDY RUDDER is still my favorite local Portland spot and I have a Wednesday acoustic night as well as an electric BLUESBILLY show with GREAT AUNTIE LO.
Pete Seeger fans, the celebration of Pete's 100th birthday is May 3 at Clinton St. Theater in Portland, OR. I'll be opening the show with friends Peter Hayes and Ben Davis, of Never Strangers fame. Do plan to come out with your hardiest singing spirits for this cheerful fundraiser for Columbia River Keepers.
See you soon I hope. Send an email if you want to set up a lesson when I'm in town.
Happy spring!
